A registration fee as well as a deposit equal to the last month's tuition is collected upon enrollment.

Tuition Due Dates: Beginning in September and each month thereafter, your monthly tuition will be will be due on the 1st of the month. No tuition will be due in May since it was collected with the registration.

Tuituin will be considered late after the 10th. A late fee of $25 will be due on payments received after the 10th of the month.

Drop Policy: Because of the financial commitment we make in ordering supplies and equipment in advance and the hardship created when students drop before the end of the school year, we would like as much advance notice as possible if a child will not be able to continue classes. Tuition paid for the month that a class is dropped as well as the May deposit will not be refunded.

Failure to pay the complete tuition that is due will result in forfeiture of the right to register for classes in the future until all accounts are brought current.

Make-up Policy

The teacher is not required to make up classes missed due to a student’s illness, vacation, etc., and tuition does not change. However, if the class is missed due to the teacher’s absence, a make-up class will be offered if possible. In the case of bad weather, we will follow the Plano Independent School District schedule.
